Dominique has a diverse and extensive background covering a wide range of topics within psychology, from child development and learning to adult mental health. She has worked with a variety of clients, including young children, young adults, and adults, which includes individuals involved with Victim Support, Corrections, private practice, and non-governmental organisations. 

Dominique's expertise spans multiple areas, including working with substance abuse and addiction (AoD), self-harm and suicide prevention, as well as domestic violence. Her current focus includes helping clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and relational issues. She has a compassionate approach to therapy, aiming to create positive change in the lives of the people she works with. 

Her therapeutic approach is quite versatile, as she draws from different models including narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills, play therapy, and positive psychology. This adaptability likely allows her to tailor her interventions to the unique needs of each client.
