Service Fees

  • $190 - $259 incl GST (55 minutes) depending on Clinician

  • For couples and family sessions where more than one party is involved, please advise around any limits to confidentiality. It is expected that there will be open communication with parties regarding appointment times unless otherwise discussed with your therapist. There also needs to be agreement by all parties in advance to make payment for the therapy session in one transaction.

  • Financial assistance for sessions may be accessible from:

    1. Work and Income

    2. CCM/Wellness funding through your General Practice Doctor when their clinics are under the East Health Trust, Alliance+ or Cause Collective.

    3. I am Hope - Gumboot Friday. We will complete all paperwork on your behalf.

    4. Southern Cross Healthcare - Easy Claim Partners. We will complete all paperwork on your behalf.

    • Initial intake session with Parent/Caregiver and Child = $125.00

    • Individual Coaching Sessions = $95.00 per session

  • DBT Programme is fully funded for Rangatahi between the age of 12-24 living in Counties Manukau area under our Waypoint pathway.

Important Notes

  • Payment on the day of consultation is expected for all appointments.

  • Any follow up with your therapist or report writing outside of booked session times will be charged at the Clinicians hourly rate.

  • Cancellations greater than 24-hours will incur no charge.

  • Cancellations on the day of your appointment will incur a full charge. This includes non-attendance.

  • All prices are inclusive of GST.
