A 10 - session programme for neurodivergent
young adults (18 - 25 years old)
Join a small, supportive group of max 4 participants, for a unique neuroaffirming tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) experience. This is designed specifically for neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism conditions). This program utilises collaborative storytelling and character development to explore:

Understanding and empowering your identity
Opportunities to connect socially in your own unique ways
Understanding your communication styles
If you are interested, join a brave party of adventurers, each with their own unique way of seeing the world and tackling challenges. As you travel through mysterious lands, face ancient riddles, and stand together against looming threats, you’ll uncover more than just lost treasures - you’ll discover the magic within yourself. Alongside your group, you’ll learn how your strengths, quirks, and ways of communicating shape your journey, both in the game and in your life.
Facilitated by a NZAC registered counsellor with experience in geek-based therapy and neurodivergence, this 10-week journey offers a safe and creative space to build confidence, socialise, and connect with others as your authentic self - while having fun in a fantasy world.
Time - 10 Weekly Sessions - 2 hours each
Fee - $80 per session
Location - Highbrook Medical Centre
No prior gaming experience required - just bring your curiosity and imagination.
