About Rebecca Ratlidge
I've been a Clinical Psychologist for 9 years, working predominantly at the Department of Corrections with clients with a range of complex presentations and backgrounds.
Personally, I have recently relocated with my partner and two young sons to be closer to family. I enjoy getting out and exploring with my family as well being at home with my crochet.

I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience supporting people experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties including; anxiety, depression, challenges with behaviour and emotion regulation, stress, addiction and interpersonal challenges. I've worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and value creating a space that feels safe, respectful and non-judgemental.

I utilise evidence-based therapy models such as CBT and ACT, as well as incorporating DBT skills to develop an approach that suits each client's needs and goals.
