Nicole is a dedicated and compassionate therapist specialising in clinical practice with children, adolescents, and families for the past ten years. With extensive experience in evidence-based therapies, Nicole utilises Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help young individuals and their families navigate emotional and behavioural challenges.
Passionate about creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, Nicole works collaboratively with clients to develop skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and values-based decision-making. Through personalised treatment plans, Nicole empowers children and youth to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and improve overall well-being.
Recognising the importance of family involvement in the therapeutic process, Nicole integrates family therapy approaches to enhance communication, foster understanding, and promote healing within family systems.
