About Alice
I have a background in educational psychology and a passion for supporting children and young people with ADHD to better understand themselves, recognise their strengths, and develop the skills and strategies they need to navigate everyday challenges.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, listening to music and watching/playing sport, particularly football.

My approach to ADHD coaching is strengths-based, neuroaffirming and child-centred. I believe it is important to look beyond the behaviours we see and understand what might be happening underneath. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work alongside each child to understand their individual needs, working together on developing practical strategies to support areas such as emotional regulation, executive functioning, organisation, attention, confidence, self-awareness and navigating friendships and everyday situations. I place particular importance on understanding the 'why' behind behaviours and challenges, rather than simply focusing on the behaviour itself.
I believe that every child has unique strengths and potential, and that with the right understanding, support and environment, they can build confidence, develop independence and experience success in ways that work for them.
