About Inge Prince
I’m a South African born clinical psychologist who emigrated to New Zealand with my family. I have experience providing psychological assessment and evidence-based therapeutic interventions across public mental health, medical, psychiatric hospital, Department of Corrections and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) settings in South Africa and New Zealand. I’m a lifelong learner with a personal mission in life is to keep growing in wisdom and skill, to care for people with integrity, and to create a life that is both meaningful and beautiful.
I enjoy reading, baking and camping in my spare time. I’m always up for learning a new skill or picking up a new hobby, whether it is attempting to teach myself how to crochet, sew or paint.

I am a registered clinical psychologist with more than 13 years experience. I obtained my masters degree in clinical psychology in South Africa. I practice eclectically by taking a holistic and person-centred approach to therapy. I believe in walking alongside my clients through their process towards healing. I focus on creating a supportive and collaborative environment for my clients, with a focus on understanding their unique life experiences. I’m particularly interested in helping my clients develop insight, strengthen resilience and develop effective coping strategies. Therapy is an opportunity for growth, healing and self-discovery.
